Our practice HNO am Stachus was awarded the certificate and cachet for the quality enhancing measure "Tonsillectomy" by the Bavarian association of SHI physicians. Tonsillectomy is the mere diminishment instead of the complete ablation of the palatine tonsils. For children it is a substantial alternative to the complete ablation since the immunological function of the palatine tissue is kept intact.
